This Shipping Policy explains how Grosyhub processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on https://grosyhub.com.

Shipping areas

We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us — we will try to assist where possible.

Order processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Most orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive email/SMS updates when your order is confirmed, shipped, and out for delivery.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch (may vary by location and courier partner):

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days
• Remote areas: up to 10–12 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier constraints. We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control but will help track your shipment.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery pin code. Promotional free shipping offers, when active, apply only to qualifying orders as stated on the website.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track orders from your account or contact support with your order number.

Delivery attempts & address

• Please provide a complete, correct address and active phone number.
• Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us; re-shipping charges may apply.
• We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability at delivery time.

Partial shipments

Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages at no extra cost where possible. You will be notified if items ship separately.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside India unless explicitly stated on the product or checkout page.
